Great location, wonderful staff, clean and quiet. I had an issue with the safety box and was immediately addressed.

Great location, very close to restaurants, coffee shops and shops. The staff was very polite and nice, made you feel like home. Bed was very comfortable. Room had great size. It was an overall great experience.

The location of the hotel is very good. Is near to many good restaurants and bars. You can find restaurants of fast food or Italian food, very good restaurants. If you are going to visit some places like (Moserrat, Zipaquira or Parque Jaime Duque) you need to be prepared because the city has a very heavy traffic and the distances are a little far away. The room of the hotel is very nice, hot water always work all day. The breakfast is good, no much variety but is very good. All the staff of the hotel is very nice and happy to help you with anything will you need. You can contact the hotel for transportation services, the transportation that the hotel offer is very good and secure, very good prices too.

excellent location and super friendly and helpful staff. the breakfast is excellent and the room comfortable and sound proof. the location is excellent with many options for restaurants and nightlife. highly recommended. the taxi drivers who work for the hotel , in particular Ruben, who is the best, were readily available day trips and city drives .

The staff was great and really friendly. The natural light in the room was perfect and it was very spacious. The room and the bathroom were very clean.

Very comfy room and th staff is really kind. The location is in Chapinero area, not the city center but at least it was very safe which is the most important for me.
